we started the day with a child cycling toward us we thought he wanted to annoy us:
-” Where are you from..
-Germany..
-you came with your bicycle?!
-yes..
-wow do you want apples?!
-yes would be nice”
so he cycled 4 km back then back to us with 3 apples. we didn’t expect this.
after arriving at the highest point of the journey 2995M high a new level of nature and mountain beauty started.
the road was for around 20 km under instruction. the heavy rain was not affecting the Uber part but when we accended to 2600m we had to cross heavy water and rocks.
In the last few days, Sandra had high sickness, and then we started to have many fights, even for small details.
Travelling of this kind requires a great deal of experience in managing emotional, mental, and physical challenges. As beginners, we are learning a lot. We have decided to cycle each alone for the next few days until we reach the coast, where we will take a few days to rest before crossing the Sahara.
some of the beauty of the High Atlas mountains….
probably this is the last time we could enjoy the mountains until South Africa.
we started to cycle within 1 hour of each other just to have some time and distance.
at night we search for different places to spend the night. The stakes are really high.
another stone this time went into my back while I was saying hello to kids. but we went to the next school and they promised to talk tothe kids.
somehow after crossing the mountain pass, we had some emotional rollercoaster.
On the road most of the time with a tailwind, we saw many dead lizards, probably got hit by cars.
We arrived in Agadir to take an emotional break for a few days but ended up staying in an Airbnb for eight days after I got food poisoning.
